Exchange & Return

POLICY

Return and exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, not be worn, washed and with all original tags and labels attached.
We do not accept return/exchange on sales or promotional item(s).
Return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving of returned item(s).
Shipping and handling fee incurred during returning/exchange are borne by customers.
Customer shall pay the price difference between the new selected item(s) and exchanged item(s) if any.
No refund will be made for new selected item(s) that is priced lower than original purchased item(s).
Exchange can only be made once.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Email us at juhomewear@gmail.com with your order number, return/exchange item(s), amount and reason of return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your request to be processed.
Once your request is approved, we will email you a reference number and details.
Ship the return/exchange item(s) within 3 works days upon approval of your request.
