Refund Policy

Return/exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return/exchange item(s) must be in its original packaging, not be worn, washed and with all original tags and labels attached.
We do not accept return/exchange on sales or promotional item(s).
Return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving of returned item(s).
Shipping and handling fee incurred during returning/exchange are borne by customers. 

Refund will be made for the product price paid only (shipping fee paid will not be refunded).
Customer shall pay the price difference between the new selected item(s) and exchanged item(s) if any.
No refund will be made for new selected item(s) that is priced lower than original purchased item(s).
Exchange can only be made once.
